TICKETS WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL APPROXIMATELY 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE FESTIVAL. WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE FESTIVAL, WE WILL SCAN YOUR TICKET AND GIVE YOU STICKERS TO PLACE ON YOUR VEHICLE FOR PARKING/CAMPING AND WRISTBANDS TO DESIGNATE YOUR ADMISSION. EACH TICKET CAN ONLY BE SCANNED AND VALIDATED FOR ENTRY ONCE. IF YOU HAVE TICKETS FOR FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS THAT ARE ARRIVING SEPARATELY, WE RECOMMEND SENDING THEIR PDF TO THEM BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. THIS CAN BE DONE BY PRINTING, SCREENSHOTTING, OR FORWARDING THE TICKET.

 

WE ARE UNABLE TO VERIFY THE VALIDITY OF A THIRD PARTY SALE. GUARANTEED TICKETS CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED FROM COUNTRY THUNDER OR OUR OFFICIAL TICKETING PARTNER, DENIM & DIAMONDS.

TO PURCHASE OR CONSUME ALCOHOL, ALL FANS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR AN AGE VERIFICATION WRISTBAND. VISIT ONE OF OUR ALCOHOL ID BOOTHS LOCATED AT EACH FESTIVAL BOWL ENTRANCE AND SHOW YOUR ID TO RECEIVE THE WRISTBAND. THE AGE VERIFICATION WRISTBAND IS GOOD FOR THE FULL EVENT. EVEN IF A FAN IS OVER 30, THEY MAY BE ASKED FOR PHOTO ID. AN AGE VERIFICATION WRISTBAND IS RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE WHO REGULARLY GETS CARDED. *PLEASE KEEP YOUR PHOTO ID ON YOUR PERSON, AS A BARTENDER OR MEMBER OF LAW ENFORCEMENT CAN ASK TO VERIFY YOUR AGE AT ANY TIME.

CAMPING IS CURRENTLY SOLD OUT FOR 2025. WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE / VERIFY ANY THIRD PARTY OR PRIVATE SALES. 

WHEN YOU PURCHASE A CAMPSITE, IT'S YOURS FOR THE ENTIRE FESTIVAL. WE DO NOT SELL CAMPSITES FOR SINGLE NIGHTS. WE ASK THAT YOUR CAMPSITE IS CLEAN AND EMPTY BY THE END OF THE DAY ON MONDAY, APRIL 14. TRASH CAN BE PLACED IN THE LARGE DUMPSTERS THAT ARE FOUND AT THE END OF EACH CAMPING ROW. OWNERS OF TRASH-FILLED SITES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE AND MAY HAVE THE RIGHT TO RENEW THEIR CAMPSITE SUSPENDED.

IF YOU ARE HAVING YOUR RV DELIVERED, PLEASE PURCHASE A CAMPER DROP-OFF PASS TO GIVE YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER ACCESS TO OUR CAMPGROUNDS WITHOUT EVENT ADMISSION. DELIVERIES ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9 OR THURSDAY, APRIL 10. IN ADDITION TO THE CAMPER DROP-OFF PASS, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DRIVER HAS FULL DETAILS OF THE CAMPSITE YOU'VE PURCHASED - INCLUDING CAMPGROUND NAME, ROW NUMBER, AND SITE NUMBER. 

MOST CAMPSITES ARE PRIMITIVE WITH NO WATER SERVICES OR ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS INCLUDED, EXCEPT FOR OUR PREMIER CAMPGROUND. GENERATORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CAMPGROUNDS, BUT WE ASK THAT YOU TURN THEM OFF OR USE 'WHISPER MODE' DURING QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 2AM - 7AM. EACH SITE MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 19' X 40', EXCLUDING PREMIER CAMPING AND GLAMPING. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR RV EXCEEDS THESE MEASUREMENTS, YOU'LL NEED TO PURCHASE TWO CAMPSITES. WE DO NOT LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO CAN STAY IN YOUR CAMPSITE, AS LONG AS YOU STAY WITHIN YOUR MARKED SITE.

EACH CAMPSITE INCLUDES PARKING FOR ONE 'STEERING WHEEL' VEHICLE LIKE A CAR OR MOTORHOME. EACH CAMPSITE CAN PURCHASE ONE ADDITIONAL PARKING PASS, CALLED AN "EXTRA VEHICLE PARKING" PASS. * PLEASE NOTE, ANY VEHICLES IN EXCESS MUST BE PARKED OFF-SITE OR IN OUR WEEKEND OVERNIGHT PARKING LOT. WE

ONCE YOU PURCHASED YOUR PORT-A-POTTY UNIT, YOU WOULD HAVE RECEIVED A CAMPSITE PLACEMENT INFORMATION FORM TO CONFIRM YOUR CAMPSITE LOCATION. YOU CAN LOCK YOUR PORT-A-POTTY FROM UNWANTED VISITORS. PLEASE NOTE, YOUR PORT-A-POTTY WILL BE SERVICED THE MORNING OF SATURDAY, APRIL 12. YOUR UNIT MUST BE UNLOCKED AT THIS TIME. *YOU CAN PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SERVICING DIRECTLY FROM UNITED SITE SERVICES.

YOU CAN CALL OR TEXT CERT AT 629-278-1549 TO REQUEST AN ACCESSIBLE GOLF CART RIDE. RIDES ARE AVAILABLE FROM 9AM TO MIDNIGHT.  PLEASE NOTE, ACCESSIBLE GOLF CARTS CANNOT DRIVE INSIDE OR AROUND THE FESTIVAL BOWL, BUT WILL GET YOU AS CLOSE TO OUR FESTIVAL ENTRANCES AS THEY CAN.

ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREA - WE OFFER AN ACCESSIBLE VIEWING PLATFORM, LOCATED BY THE OASIS. THIS AREA OFFERS LIMITED SEATING, SO WE ASK THAT FANS REQUIRING SEATING ON THIS PLATFORM ONLY BRING ONE GUEST. TO GAIN ACCESS TO THIS PLATFORM, PLEASE VISIT THE INFORMATION BOOTH, LOCATED INSIDE THE FESTIVAL BOWL, TO RECEIVE AN 'ACCESSIBLE VIEWING' WRISTBAND FOR YOU AND YOUR GUEST. THIS WRISTBAND IS VALID FOR THE FULL EVENT. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THIS WRISTBAND, BUT YOU WILL NEED EVENT ADMISSION TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL. THIS WRISTBAND WILL ALSO ALLOW THESE FANS TO VISIT THE OASIS, A COVERED, CONCRETE AREA FOR ANY REQUIRED BREAKS FROM THE SUN. WE DO NOT REQUIRE ANY DOCUMENTATION TO RECEIVE AN ACCESSIBLE VIEWING WRISTBAND, BUT KINDLY ASK THAT ONLY FANS WHO REQUIRE ACCESSIBLE VIEWING ASK FOR THIS ACCOMMODATION.

 

ACCESSIBLE CAMPING - ALL CAMPSITES FOR COUNTRY THUNDER ARIZONA 2025 ARE SOLD OUT. IF YOU HAVE A CAMPSITE AND REQUIRE ASSISTANCE GETTING TO/FROM THE FESTIVAL ENTRANCE, PLEASE VIEW OUR OPTIONS REGARDING ASSISTANCE GETTING AROUND THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS ABOVE.

 

ACCESSIBLE PORT-A-POTTIES - ACCESSIBLE PORT-A-POTTY UNITS ARE AVAILABLE IN EACH OF OUR PUBLIC BANKS OF UNITS, TYPICALLY LOCATED ON EITHER END OF THE BANK. IF YOU'D PREFER TO HAVE AN ACCESSIBLE UNIT PLACED ON YOUR CAMPSITE, YOU CAN ORDER A PRIVATE PORT-A-POTTY FROM OUR WEBSITE AND INDICATE THAT YOU NEED AN ACCESSIBLE UNIT WHEN PROVIDING US WITH YOUR CAMPSITE PLACEMENT ON THE FORM IN YOUR RECEIPT. THE DEADLINE TO PLACE THIS ORDER IS FRIDAY, MARCH 21.
